How does a custom one-of-a-kind order work?
Select the custom-order price level from the main Ki*Lines™ or Strands Gallery page. Then after your order is placed, send a separate e-mail to Valorie with the subject “Ki*Lines™ or Strand Custom Info” and include three (3) main things: 1) the desires, issues, goals, colors you want to connect to, 2) who it is for and what occasion, if any, the piece is being created for, 3) your phone number/skype info and the best times to call in case there are any questions. Feel free to add any additional information that you are guided to share.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are $9.65 USD for orders totalling up to $149.00 USD, $16.40 for orders over $150.00 USD. Orders are sent using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
How long does it take to order?
Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays), then add 2-3 days for Priority Mail. Basically you will have your order in approximately one week or less. If there is a backorder or delay of any kind you will be notified.
Do you accept international orders?
At the current time we are only accepting domestic US orders.
What kind of payment do you accept? Do I need a PayPal account?
Payments are processed by Paypal; however, you do not need a paypal account to make a purchase. You may also use any regular Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card. Simply fill in the left hand side of the page once you click the buy now button.
What if I order more than one how is shipping calculated?
Each price includes shipping. If the orders are placed on the same day they will be shipped together and you will receive a small free
surprise gift.
What is Ki?
Ki, also sometimes referred to as Chi, Qi, or Prana, means “energy flow” or “life force”. It is the energy that fills us and moves us, and every living being.
I live in Los Angeles, can I shop in-person?
Yes. However please know that since each Ki*Lines™ and Strands pieces are custom made upon order, only a limited number of pieces may be available at any given time. Valorie has a private Metaphysical Showroom in Hermosa Beach open by appointment only. There are many products available including Crystals & Minerals, Quartz Singing Bowls, additional Hand-crafted Jewelry & Pendulums, Books, Music & Audio CD’s, Wellness Products and more. You are most welcome to call and arrange an appointment to visit.
